Pricing sources, eligibility & calculation details

Pricing checked November 1, 2026. This is a saved snapshot, not a live quote. Rates may change. This calculator includes the consumer postpaid variants listed on T-Mobile’s comparison page and the four plans on its main prepaid comparison page. It excludes business, legacy plans, Connect, device-only plans and home internet.

Official postpaid pricing & Broadband Facts · Official prepaid pricing & Broadband Facts · AutoPay discount amount · AutoPay eligibility

Postpaid prices start with the undiscounted Broadband Facts total. Eligible AutoPay subtracts $5 per line, capped at $40 per account; assumes no other lines use that allowance. For qualifying standard plans with 3 or more lines, the promotional credit subtracts $15 for Essentials, $30 for More or $45 for Beyond. These reproduce the advertised 3-line prices with AutoPay ($90, $140 and $170). Promotion eligibility must be confirmed with T-Mobile; no other discounts are stacked. For more than 8 lines, free-line and account billing treatment can differ; the tool shows standard rates and does not extrapolate the promotional credit.

Discounted plans require verified age, military, first responder or student eligibility. The 55+ and student tables show only the 1–2-line prices published in their labels. Essentials plans show up to 6 lines. Experience plans extend to 12 using the published additional-line rates. The 4 Line Offer is shown only for 4–6 lines.

Prepaid monthly plans subtract $5 per account with AutoPay starting the month after enrollment. The Unlimited Promo uses its published table without an assumed AutoPay discount. Prepaid provider fees are included; government taxes vary. Postpaid provider fees are $5.49 per voice line, plus location-dependent taxes and federal/local surcharges. A free service line can still incur fees. Postpaid device connection charges can be up to $35/line; prepaid lists $0 online or $10/line in-store. These one-time charges are excluded.
